Report a Bug

• You have found something that should not be so?
• You have found a bug?
• Something strange happened to you ingame?

• Please come to our Discord and then we need the following:

1. Which 7 Days version do you have (top right corner is where it says that when you are playing).
2. Which mod version do you have (it's right next to the info in the top right corner of 7 Days).
3. Are you playing in singleplay or on a server?
4. A description of the error as detailed as possible. (gladly also with pictures)

• For many things we also need your log. How do you get to it?

Please open the console (default is F1) and click on Open Logs on the top right-hand side. Then you are directly in the correct log folder.

By default, output log files are in:

• Windows - %AppData%\7DaysToDie\logs
• Linux - <game folder>/7DaysToDie_Data/
• Mac - Next to the game's .app file

• If you report a POI (building, terrain error) then please press F11 (top left is important information for us) and make a screenshot.

• If you are not sure what the bug is, please come to our Bugs room. Here you can post in English or German.
